The Executive Board of ZF LIFETEC comprises three Board members, CEO, CFO and COO, that manage the company and are supported by a skilled international team of three divisional heads and various functional heads. Together, they form a strong management team dedicated to sustainable growth.

Rudolf Stark
CEO ZF LIFETEC
Rudolf Stark, has served as Head of ZF LIFETEC since August 2019. He joined ZF Group in 2018, and since then has successfully applied his extensive experience to contribute to the growth and success of the company’s passive safety systems offering. A graduate in business administration and mechanical engineering, Rudolf's journey at various companies, from DaimlerChrysler Rail Systems to Continental AG, has been marked by diverse managerial roles in sales, development, and general management with a total of almost 20 years in the automotive industry.
Ulf Loleit
CFO ZF LIFETEC
Ulf Loleit has been the CFO of ZF LIFETEC since June 2023. He joined ZF Group in November 2019 as Head of Corporate Finance. From April 2021 till June 2023, he also led Corporate Controlling in a dual role. Prior to joining ZF, he spent 22 years at BASF in various management positions, thereof 15 years in senior executive roles. He was Corporate Treasurer for BASF from 2015 till 2019 and spent four years in Hong Kong as Head of Finance Asia Pacific. Ulf Loleit commands extensive know-how in financial planning and controlling, risk management, capital markets, asset management, financing, shared services and M&A. Before studying economics in Germany and Canada, Ulf Loleit started his career at Deutsche Bank with an apprenticeship and worked part-time in corporate banking until his graduation from university.
Dr. Michael Eisenbarth
COO ZF LIFETEC
Dr. Michael Eisenbarth has occupied the position as Senior Vice President Operations at ZF LIFETEC since October 2020. He joined ZF Group from VITESCO Technologies AG respectively Continental AG where he served in various leading positions in different business areas. In this context, Michael was leading the operations workstream to prepare and execute the operational carve-out of Powertrain to Vitesco Technologies. Prior to this, he worked in process engineering at Delphi Automotive following a tenure leading the electronics production department at the Institute for Factory Automation and Production Systems at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg where he had graduated and earned a doctorate degree in Production Engineering. Overall, Michael has been active in the automotive industry for more than twenty years.
