Claudia Holtkemper assumes responsibility for the Finance function at ZF LIFETEC

Alfdorf (Germany) August 19, 2026  +++  The ZF Group Board of Management has appointed Claudia Holtkemper (57) as Senior Vice President Finance and CFO of ZF LIFETEC, effective September 1, 2026. Alongside responsibility for the company's Finance function, she will also be overseeing Information Technology (IT). Holtkemper held various management positions at Continental and the group’s former automotive division, Aumovio. In her most recent role, she was responsible for Finance, Controlling and IT at Aumovio. At ZF LIFETEC, Holtkemper succeeds Ulf Loleit. Having successfully driven the operational carve-out of the automotive supplier for passive safety systems, the 57-year-old executive will leave after seven years with the company. He will support the transition in an advisory capacity until his departure on November 30, 2026.
